Love what this company is doing. I had the opportunity to visit their shop while traveling for business in Montana. Legitimate small, family business with real, talented, thoughtful people working there.

As for the product, when we moved into our house it had this awful PVC and metal railing that looked and felt cheap. I am so tired of all the products out there that promise you the same quality of product that American Porch provides and just do not deliver. The plastic and composite stuff may install faster, be cheaper and may not technically rot, but it is trash and it looks it. It weathers like crap and in 5-10 years you are back where you started.

I am handy, but by no means a professional contractor and install was quite straightforward. Their customer service people are actually their own employees, with offices right next to the shop floor and, unprompted, they called and emailed me several times after I ordered to keep me in the loop about delivery.

People with reasonable expectations will be very happy with American Porch’s products and customer service – 5 stars for sure.

I thought you might enjoy seeing the final product after it was installed and painted. Our house was built in 1928 and the roof is the original slate roof. My first impression of American Porch LLC is that they are a family company and take care of you like family and not just an order. I was very impressed by the friendly way the answered the phone and my questions. Their follow-up was impressive also.

If I ever need porch repair or building materials again, there is no doubt that they will be my first choice.

American porch was so great to work with. We had looked for someone to make our spindles for our home for over a year. I don’t know why their website did not pop up on my Google search the first 3 times I looked, but I am so glad I keeped looking. The spindles are absolutely beautiful. If we need anything else we are definitely ordering from them again.
