We were in need of replacement finials for our wooden deck railing.  This company had an excellent website, and in short order we found one of their products that would fulfill our requirement.   The order was rapidly processed, yet when I discovered shortly thereafter that I had miscounted,  the correct number of finials was substituted without any difficulty.  The package arrived quickly and the packaging was excellent. All in all, we would recommend this firm without qualification, and if the need arises, would not hesitate to order other materials from them.

Thanks for reaching out today. We completed our project with the American Porch materials. The spindles, posts, railings and installation kits worked great! The project involved replacing the railings and newel posts. The columns are still the original pieces that were actually turned by my father over 25 years ago. The old railings and posts had started to rot. We’ve received numerous compliments on your product. I passed along my catalog and samples to a friend of mine who is a very high end custom home builder. I also posted a great review for American Porch on Houzz. Below is a picture of the completed porch project.
