These columns were great!  But so was the service I received when I called to order as well as getting any and all of my questions addressed.  I installed these myself and I’m not a professional.  I was extra nervous – but felt great about the support I received.

I received everything in good condition. I haven’t had a chance to do much more than prime the components so far. I did install a newel post. I was very impressed with the ease of installation and strength using your kit. This was the first time I used your newel post and kit. I wish I started using them a long time ago. We were delayed until April due to weather and other factors, but the project is complete and looks great. No problem with the materials. Every spindle was perfect. I had ordered several extra but the rot in the old ones was more extensive than I thought so I had one spare left at the end of the project. I will try to send some pictures in the future. If I have any future needs I will certainly order from your company.
