The balusters were great. Good quality and consistency. We ordered a couple extras, but I don’t think we lost any in the process. We custom milled top and bottom rails based on client sketches and everything turned out well.

Very kind of you to ask. The porch project was an absolute success and thecolumns I purchased from your company worked perfectly to complete the remodel. Upon delivery, one of the columns was cracked however a replacement was sent very quickly and I truly appreciate that service. I have nothing but praise for American Porch!
