The snow is melted and I finally got around to snapping a few pics of our porch project. We completely rebuilt this 1876 porch and are so appreciative of the posts and newels that you supplied.

It has taken me some time to finish the project, I drilled out the bottom of your porch finials and inserted a 5/8 inch all thread about 8 inches long, with glue, filled the 2 inch pipes with filler and inserted them on top, worked a little JB weld putty around the bottom and of course, painted them black to match the wrought iron railing, enclosed is a picture…. everything seems solid and practically useful, and as I am 75 years old, I assume it will outlast me….thanks for your outfit, may make another order this winter for some inside projects. Have a great day.

Worked with American Porch for designing an exterior stair rail system for a customer. The look and feel of the poly product was excellent.
