I am a home owner that does a lot of my own work, I was pretty nervous about buying a product that I could not touch before hand. That being said I was able to talk the American Porch a number of times. Staff is knowledgeable of the products and provided excellent support. The materials are excellent and the rail system fit together perfectly. I installed a new rail system on a house built in 1904 and the designs fit beautifully with the original architecture. Five stars all the way.

The availability of samples greatly assisted our design decisions. The product was shipped with details for tracking and arrived with strong packaging material to protect from any damage during shipping. The fastening system for the newell posts and railings is brilliantly designed and easy to install. I highly recommend this company for any of your porch railing and posts projects.

We were in need of replacement finials for our wooden deck railing.  This company had an excellent website, and in short order we found one of their products that would fulfill our requirement.   The order was rapidly processed, yet when I discovered shortly thereafter that I had miscounted,  the correct number of finials was substituted without any difficulty.  The package arrived quickly and the packaging was excellent. All in all, we would recommend this firm without qualification, and if the need arises, would not hesitate to order other materials from them.
