Old, probably original, railings and balusters. Way beyond repair. But we wanted to keep this porch look. Not easy to find these details!

I needed to supply a customer with a high end PVC porch railing at a reasonable cost. After much research I found this Company “WESTERN SPINDLE, LLC. I called the company at 7pm eastern time and an hour later I received a call back from the owner, Adam MacDonald. We spoke for about a half hour I went to his website and proceeded to order the railing I inquired about. Long story short I received the railing, it was off the charts great looking . The packaging was perfect not a mark on the railing or ballisters. They were extremely classical and stately looking . They were primed white and reinforced. I have to say Adam was there during the whole process answering any of my questions and insuring the timely and accurate delivery , which was time to the half hour. As a contractor this companies products, professionalism, service is far superior to some local suppliers its absolutely worth my patronage. Anytime I need anything Western Spindle Sells , I’m calling Adam . Try it you’ll see what I write is so dead on
Synthetic Polyurethane Porch Balustrade for T.R. of Bayport, NY February 5, 2016;
The materials did show up on time, in good condition and most certainly met my expectations.
Western Spindle duplicated these balusters to exact measurements. I’m very pleased with the quality and workmanship of these balusters.
I would highly recommend Western Spindle to anyone looking for quality custom porch products, great customer service and in the end, customer satisfaction.
The attached photo shows a small section of my covered porch where several balusters were replaced.

Synthetic Porch Railing Replacement for T.R. of Bayport, NY January 27, 2016;
The spindles were great. We have a home in Boston, (around 1900s) and needed to replace some spindles on the front porch. Yours matched perfectly. As you can see from the pictures, once painted, you can’t tell the new from the old!
We will definitely use your products again. The materials used were quality, they came fast and were priced right.

Great product and easy to work with and was easy to install. I have had my railings now for about three years and they still look great. I also had them shipped to Tennessee and I had no shipping or delivery problems.
