The balusters we received from American Porch were fabulous!  Our contractor used the balusters in a small deck rebuild.  I wish that we had ordered all of the deck rail parts from your company.  The rail materials that he sourced locally were inferior to the product we received from your company.

We are awaiting some additional hardscaping around the deck.  As soon as it is complete, I will be happy to share photos of the he finished product!

I just now had enough time to sit down and submit my review. The project is complete except for the painting, but its too hot here to do that at the moment!!

I gave your company 5 stars in all categories. Bob was such a great guy to work with. We needed all the help we could get so as to not purchase the wrong size, etc…I would recommend your company to anyone looking to replace their columns.

We ordered polyurethane newel posts, caps and installation kits to replace the rotted wood newel posts on the stair to our front porch. I had a few questions before ordering and the representative answered all questions clearly. Ordering was easy, price is very reasonable, and delivery was smooth. The product is PERFECT. Looks great, is way more durable, and easy to cut to size and install. Very happy with this product and company!
