I wanted to let you know that the posts arrived and they are absolutely beautiful. We should have some photos to share in the coming weeks as the porch gets built.

One thing that I am realizing is that the original porch also had two half posts that went up against the house, and I wanted to see how much it might cost to have one more post made, cut down the middle, and when you estimate we might receive it.

We might just end up skipping this and having the railings go directly into the house, but I thought I’d check in about cost and timing for the two half posts. I’m kicking myself for not thinking of this sooner!

The materials did show up on time and in good condition. Your railing products worked perfectly. I used the material to replace the old railing on the porch roof of my house, which was built in 1917. I’m very happy with the outcome! I’ve attached a pic.

Thanks for checking in! Yes. The package arrived quickly after we talked on the phone and you took my payment and got them shipped out right after Labor Day. My guys install them we were able to do exterior photos of the house before starting the next project inside so I was very pleased with the timetable for ordering and receiving the finished product. Attached are a couple photos to see how well the Post work on the stairs and how well they match the rest of my railings and posts.

I’ll be sure to share your info with my GC and realtors in the area.
