While working on an historical project in Genoa, Nevada, built in 1855, there were many items we needed to replicate rather than replace. Such items being the many balusters and newel posts around the covered porch. After speaking with Adam at Western Spindle in extent, I knew they were the ones for the job. We boxed and shipped a few original balusters and newel posts to Montana. Western Spindle contacted us immediately when our originals were received to discuss details. Western Spindle was very prompt and professional throughout the entire process. Our products were shipped, very well protected, and exact! The installation was effortless and the match was perfect. With only replacing 54 or the 86 balusters, one could not tell the difference between the old and new. Our experience with Western Spindle was excellent! I would use them again and again!

I looked everywhere online and off for simply-milled solid wood railings for my porch, and Western Spindle was the only company that had good wood, classic railings and balusters AND was reasonably priced. I needed only the top and bottom railings and they arrived in two days, perfectly primed, carefully packed, and without a scratch or nick. Western Spindle uses top grade wood – no knots, warps, cracks, or shabby ends. I highly recommend this company.

Yes, the materials showed up in two days looking good and primed perfectly.   My handyman built the railings and I painted them.  The front steps now look wonderful and I don’t know why I didn’t find you years ago!  What a difference – it just makes the entry.  I will send you a picture when it stops raining.  Thank you so much.  I will recommend you to anyone who asks and I am keeping your brochure for future reference.
