Yes, you fulfilled everything you said you would do.

To my surprise, the balustrades arrived a few days before the project started! They are wonderful and look exactly like the old ones except these are in pristine condition. 🙂

Tomorrow, I will take a photo of the new porch, if the painters haven’t yet started it. They will be painting the railings and balustrades and I might wait until that is completed. The spindles are as beautiful as the new mahogany floor! What a great job the company did. I will be posting something tonight…it’s been hectic around here getting everything ready so I can sell my home.

Whoever buys my home will certainly have a pristine and beautiful front porch. Thank you to American Porch and to you for your assistance and a job well done.

These 2 beautiful porches were in desperate need of restoration. An attempt was made several years ago to restore them but the contractor bailed and they were left with many missing pieces. American Porch custom fabricated a number of porch elements for my 1889 historic home. They were very concise with measurements, and even came out to double check my measurements. The end product looks fantastic, and I hope they’ll last 100 years! Customer service was great. The delivered the products as promised in recyclable packaging.
