Decorative Finials add an extra ornate touch to your porch balustrade or staircase. Make sure to choose a flat newel post cap if you plan to use decorative finials. Choose from the classic Urn style, Acorn, Pineapple or Ball. The pineapple and acorn ball finials are especially popular on porch newel post caps and stairs.
High Density cast foam plastic Polyurethane material will not rot or crack, even when highly exposed to the weather. Attach with a Polyurethane adhesive such as PL Premium or Gorilla Glue. Some installers may choose to use a dowel screw (double ended lag screw), but it is not necessary.
Decorative replacement finials work well with either Poly or Wood Newel Posts Caps. Make sure to order flat newel caps for use with finials.
