We did receive the railing on Monday, but it was a bit of a struggle with the freight company. UPS initially notified us that the railing was to be delivered last Friday, but it never arrived. We had 2 crew members on site ready to accept the delivery, but they ended up sitting around (while getting paid) with nothing to do because UPS didn’t inform us that they weren’t coming until the following week.

On a positive note, we will be happy to provide you some pictures once we have everything installed. Thanks again for working with us throughout the ordering and delivery process.
